Best known for her role in Channel 4’s Hollyoaks, 21 year old Ciara had her first job when she was 18 months old. Coming from a family of actors Ciara often tagged along with her mum to castings and auditions. 

The gurgle over at 18 months started Ciara’s career as a voice over artist and inspired acting agents Hobson’s International to start a children’s division within their company. When she was 5 years old Ciara become the youngest child to have a regular slot on radio in a show called ‘Victoria’. Being in the voice over booth is where Ciara feels most comfortable.

Attending Danes Hill School and Epsom College she was keen to develop her career in TV and  was thrilled when she landed the role of Nicole in Hollyoaks and became a regular in the soap from 2004 to 2006. After giving many spectacular performances, Ciara was delighted that her character in the show was given an opening for her to return at any point. 

The voiceover work had never faded for Ciara and now living back in London, was able to get back into the booth and was quickly signed for CBBC series 64 Zoo Lane. Disney were also fans of the young beauties voice and she was asked to be the voice of ‘Jo’ from the Famous Five for the Disney Channel’s animated series. Most recently Ciara has become Doctor Who’s companion Amy in the talking book series and her work with the hit cult show has taken her all over the world as fans demand she is at the Doctor Who conventions. 

The end of 2008 has seen Ciara back in the UK press and out at a number of events in London. Her comeback shoot will be in the January issue of FHM and having secured the female lead in a new west end show, ‘New Boy’ will see her making her stage debut in April 2009.
